This privacy policy covers all products published by Magnitude Intelligence Private Limited (“Magnitude Labs,” “we,” “us”), including our web applications at magnitude-labs.ai and our mobile applications distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Web applications (magnitude-labs.ai)
Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, company, and phone number. When you subscribe to a plan, our payment processor (Razorpay) collects and processes your payment details directly — we never store your card or bank details on our servers. We also log basic usage data (which apps you use and when) to support your account and improve the product.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate your account, process subscriptions and renewals, send transactional emails (welcome, invoices, product updates you've opted into), and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.
Data storage and security
Account and application data is stored with Supabase on infrastructure with row-level security enabled, so your data is only accessible to you and to Magnitude Labs systems that need it to operate the service.
Third-party services
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Razorpay for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for hosting. Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies as our data processors.
Mobile applications
On-device processing
Our mobile apps are designed to work entirely on your device. Documents you scan, images you capture, and files you create are stored locally on your phone and are never uploaded to our servers or any cloud service. Your content never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it using your phone's share feature.
Camera access
Some of our mobile apps request camera permission to scan documents. The camera is used solely on-device to capture images for processing. No images or camera data are transmitted to us or any third party.
In-app purchases
If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Google Play or Apple and managed through RevenueCat, our purchase management provider. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-user identifier and your purchase history to verify your entitlement. No personal information (name, email, or payment details) is collected by us through this process.
Data collected via mobile apps
- Purchase history — collected only if you make an in-app purchase, used solely to unlock and restore your purchase across devices. Not shared for advertising or tracking.
- Anonymous device identifier — a random ID generated by RevenueCat to manage your purchase status. It is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking across apps or websites.
Our mobile apps do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or any other personal information. They contain no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no trackers.
No account required
Our mobile apps do not require you to create an account or sign in. They work fully offline with no registration.
Data encryption
All data transmitted between your device and our services (or third-party providers) is encrypted in transit using TLS.
Data deletion
For web applications, you can delete your account and all associated data from your dashboard at any time. For mobile applications, all data is stored on your device — uninstalling the app removes it. For purchase records managed by Google Play or Apple, contact them directly or email us and we will assist you.
Children's privacy
Our products are general-purpose business and productivity tools not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be communicated through our website and, for registered users, by email.
