Terms of Service

These terms apply to all products published by Magnitude Intelligence Private Limited (“Magnitude Labs,” “we,” “us”), including our web applications at magnitude-labs.ai and our mobile applications distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Web applications
Usage
By creating an account you agree to use Magnitude Labs apps for their intended business purpose and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or resell access to the platform without our written consent.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in INR via Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in.
Refunds
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. If a charge was made in error, contact hello@magnitude-labs.ai within 7 days and we'll review it.
Mobile applications
Usage
By installing and using our mobile apps you agree to use them for their intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute any part of the app.
In-app purchases
Some mobile apps offer optional one-time in-app purchases to unlock additional features. These are processed by Google Play or Apple and are subject to their respective refund policies. We do not process payments directly for mobile apps. Purchases are non-transferable between platforms.
No account required
Our mobile apps do not require an account. They work fully offline. No registration or sign-in is needed.
App store terms
Your use of our mobile apps is also subject to the terms of the platform you downloaded them from (Google Play Terms of Service or Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions).
Your data
You own the data you put into Magnitude Labs products. For web apps, we process it only to provide the service. For mobile apps, your data stays entirely on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Availability
We aim for high uptime on our web applications but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Mobile apps run on your device and are available offline. Planned maintenance and incidents for web apps will be communicated by email to active subscribers.
Intellectual property
All Magnitude Labs software, designs, and content are owned by Magnitude Intelligence Private Limited. Your use of our products does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the product as intended.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our products evolve. Material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers and posted on this page.
